Compact Chocolate Factory

The offered production plant has been designed to meet the requirements of being a complete production unit with a plug´n´play characteristic. The offered unit is capable of processing raw cocoa beans into chocolate recipees. The compact installation hosts a complete line-up with a roasting oven, a winnower to remove the shells, a pregrinder and two batch melangeurs for mixing refining and conching. The unit has a completely manual operating layout, which means that the product is transferred by hand between the different processing steps.
